Professional Background

My journey in Medicine began in 2003, when I started medical school at ABC Medical School in Santo Andre, SP, Brazil. I graduated at the end of 2008 and was then accepted into the Orthopedics and Traumatology Residency Program at Santa Casa de São Paulo.

This three-year residency, completed in January 2012, provided a solid foundation in musculoskeletal care.

Immediately afterward, in February 2012, I began a one-year Fellowship in Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy, also at Santa Casa de São Paulo. Following the fellowship, I continued working with the Knee Surgery Group at Santa Casa for another year, further refining my surgical skills and deepening my clinical expertise. During this time, I also served as a preceptor in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, contributing to the education and supervision of medical residents.

In 2019, I enrolled in the Executive MBA in Healthcare Management at the Albert Einstein Israelite Faculty of Health Sciences, which I successfully completed in 2021. This additional training helped me broaden my understanding of healthcare systems and improve patient care delivery.

Most recently, in early 2023, I completed a clinical observership at the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department of Hôpital de la Croix-Rousse in Lyon, France. During this enriching experience, I had the opportunity to participate in various surgical procedures and clinical discussions alongside local orthopedic surgeons and residents.

Currently, I maintain a private practice and work with leading hospitals across Greater São Paulo, offering both clinical and surgical care in Orthopedics and Traumatology, with a special focus on knee conditions. I remain committed to continuous learning through participation in national and international courses, congresses, and specialized training programs.
